Project Goals

Our primary objective was to create a comprehensive multi-generational living solution that seamlessly integrates recreation, family living, and independent guest accommodations. The homeowner’s vision centered on enhancing their property’s functionality while maintaining architectural harmony with the existing structure. The expansion of living spaces addresses evolving family needs.

The project addresses the growing trend of multi-generational living by incorporating a thoughtfully designed in-law apartment, providing independence and privacy while keeping family close. Simultaneously, the expansion creates additional bedroom and living space to accommodate growing family needs and guest entertainment.

Project Solution

Our design approach prioritized efficient space utilization and functional connectivity. The first-level serves as the recreational centerpiece, designed with proper ventilation systems and moisture control to ensure structural integrity and indoor air quality.

The second level expansion features two strategically positioned bedrooms and additional living space, maximizing natural light and creating comfortable, private retreats. Open-concept design elements in the living areas promote flow and connectivity while maintaining distinct zones for various activities.
